Anthology 2013 Entries, English Poetry

Climate frustrates,

 flow recedes,

surface  bares.

 Remote spring fills,

the bed parched;

 Event exasperates,

energy depletes,

silence reverberates.

 Abstract soul  animates,

the mind patched.

    Beautiful poem
    that dictates
    the muse to catch
    the feelings
    it emotes
    Liked immensely

Last stanza has lot of anthithetical ideas.

Beautiful composition. Somehow I get the fell of slight helplessness, of needs, hopes..

  6. Gion Gion says:

    Kanchana,
a good reflection, mirroring of imagery.
Water is life and it’s absorption refreshes, repletes, reinvigorates.
The last two lines I take to step beyond the simple words.
The acceptance, belief, hope of a soul which cannot be proved. The recognition of our incomplete knowledge of the world.
