सुबूत का सुबूत ….!
सुबूत कैसे दूं,
पर सच बताता हूँ,
इस लफ्ज “ सुबूत “ ने ,
मुझे बड़े भ्रम में डाल दिया है.
सोचिये,
राजनीतिक द्वेष के कारण,
और किसी सुबूत के आधार पर,
कोई सत्ताधारी पार्टी की पुलिस,
विपक्ष पार्टी के किसी गुणवान नेता को
जिससे वो घबराती है,
हिरासत में ले लेती है,
और कुछ महीनों बाद,
सुबूत नहीं मिला, ठीक नहीं था,
यह साबित कर रिहा कर देती है.
किसी कट्टर आतंकवादी
को गिरफ्तार करती है,
उसकी जबानी लेती है,
पूरा सुबूत इकठ्ठा करती है,
महीनों लग जाते हैं ,
पक्की ” केस” बनाती है,
अदालत में पेश करती है
वर्षों मुकदमा चलता है,
बाद में अदालत उसे रिहा कर देती है,
कारण, …कोई सुबूत नहीं है
एक अदालत सुबूत के आधार पर,
एक कट्टर आतंकवादी या मुलजिम को
वर्षो तक मुकदमा चलाने के बाद,
मुलजिम करार देती है,
और कठिन सज़ा सुनाती है,
वह “अपील” में जाता है,
तो वर्षो मुकदमा चलाने के बाद,
कोई ऊपरी अदालत उसे रिहा कर देती है,
कारण …. सुबूत ही नहीं है.
तो पहले जो सुबूत था, वो क्या था.
मेरी समझ में ये ही नहीं आ रहा,
की सुबूत की परिभाषा ही क्या है,
और वो कहाँ लिखी हुई है,
और अगर लिखी हुई है,
तो वो सही है,
इसका सुबूत कहाँ मिलेगा ?.
सुबूत है या नही है
इसको ही समझने और निर्णय देने,
इतने सारे साल लगते हैं
तो ये सुबूत सचमुच क्या बला है ?
सुबूत के कौन से सुबूत की उनको तलाश रहती है ?
मेरी पत्नी मुझसे प्यार करती है,
इसका सुबूत ढूँढ़ने जाएँ,
तो प्यार नही करती
इसके मुझे ज्यादा सुबूत मिलते हैं,
पर बिना सुबूत के ही मुझे मालूम है,
मुझे प्यार करने की तरफ ही
उसका ज्यादा झुकाव है,
तो इसमें सुबूत की क्या महत्ता है,
ये मेरी समझ में नही आ रहा,
और खुदा ना करे,
वो अगर मेरे प्यार का सुबूत माँगे,
तो मैं क्या सुबूत दे सकता हूँ,
जो बिन कोई सुबूत के
वो सुबूत मानने राजी हो
ये लफ्ज़ “सुबूत” मुझे बड़ी परेशानी में
डाल रहा है,
सुबूत को समझने का
कोई सुबूत ही नहीं मिल रहा है,
क्या आपके पास कोई है …सुबूत..?

मेरी समझ में ये ही नहीं आ रहा,
की सबूत की परिभाषा ही क्या है,
और वो कहाँ लिखी हुई है,
और अगर लिखी हुई है,
तो वो सही है,
इसका सबूत कहाँ मिलेगा ?.

Thanks for your nice comment.
How wonderfully, logically and philophically exprseed ambiguity of “proof”,
of which there hardly appears any root or roof. The poem’s theme also
blatantly reflects upon the drudgery and red-tape prevailing all over the
administrative, judicial and political corridors. Very impactful write, Sir !

I am very thankful to you for your considered omments. Yes, as it stands “Suboot” seems to have been completely dislodged from its roots(definition) and for its blatant misuse there seems to be no roof.(sky is the limit).God help us.
