English Poetry

Wide-eyed in the thin light,

woken a dropping eye.

Spoiled me, her tired night

weeping me, to my cry.

Anxious thoughts hide, don’t speak

feared though in such blissful joy.

Crumbled left her pleasured cheek

Torturous I play annoy.

 Eyes sparkle and smiling she,

warmth of her calling hug.

Ignorant me, I knew not the,

love of her cozy snug.

Through age, through weathers

sports she the play of making me.

build pride, a strength she spur,

in all my ignorance and disagree.
