English Poetry

From the entangled twine network

separation of each thin thread

becomes  as mysterious and hard

as isolating good work

or words from the pollutted stream,

*

Flows, contaminating

the water sources nearby

unawares; the lullaby

by the river, turns not soothing

but rude  to the vagabonds.

    Medhini,
I see before my eyes one of the best poems I have read.
Two verses looped through with a brilliant observation and strands of thought and meaning.
This is a knot that only the ignorant and vulgar Prince of Macedon would be so rude as to slice through.
Your absence has now rewarded us with a new working of style and presentation that builds upon your poetic reputation to weave a spell around us the lucky readers,
    Gion
