Nights are long and you are not sleepy,
Love is gone and I’m alone but happy.
A home was made when I was alive.
A love I had when I was alive.
Its hard to pretend that it was a knife.
And used to tear apart, my own life.
Feelings not shown but kinda creepy,
Love is gone and I’m alone but happy.
Never knew when she fell out off the sky,
It looked to me and I felt so high.
Now what I can do, is only sigh.
Now its gone, useless to wonder why?
Walking alone in the beach, waves all lappy.
Love is gone and I’m alone but happy.
I’d always used to think, you are the one for me.
Your best man I hope I’d be.
Never knew this was what I had to see.
I’m taken away even from me.
I don’t care now who is the one for you.
To let you know, I’m happy too.
But just know that, today it’s me,
And no doubt, tomorrow its you.
I have all the reasons to be so happy.

Poem is good.
It says some one is alone but still happy
but narration points to a feeling that he is cut up & unhappy

Yes! i too agree with Vishvji’s comment. the poem gives out utmost sadness, though it speaks repeatedly of being ALONE AND HAPPY!
