A race helter-skelter ….!
The qualities that so attracted me to you before
Have disappeared; you say I am like me no more.
New personality is showing & coming to the fore,
I feel surprised; you say I am responsible for it more
I am confused, feel am neither here nor there
Have so many faults you never knew before
Am changing but you are changing faster & farther,
lagging too far behind in this race am I, you seem suited better.
Wisdom is I lose & leave such a race than running helter-skelter,
Of men & women, you are already acclaimed far superior …..!
