Hours at the coffee shop

and years of we.

Though we have been known

but we seldom agree.

A taken togetherness

and gushes of joy.

the laughter stays moments

not always, so why?

Toughened adorations

Have they weathered now?

For its been years

should we call it love?

What’s powered over?

over time and over us,

we or our love,

is it not yet, the time to assess!

Call it not love, yet

with such moments of repulsion,

vigor of hatred strong.

would it outrun?

  Of love and in love,

the uncertainty, uncertain.

Love or hatred or both

though we wished, for just one.

    Ulhas,
    welcome back stranger :}
This is one of your best. Good style, subtle rhyming, flow and simplicity of conversational language. Accessible imagery. A deep consideration of emotions.
” Of love and in love,
the uncertainty, uncertain.” – well put.
