English Poetry

” I ve just begun,
my vision has spun,
threads of light ,
brighter than the crimson sun……

Is this a spectacle,
of a dream,
or a belief,
soft and tender now,
or just a wreath of grief….

However it may appear,
to cast out the dangers,
empty face of truth,
fear a hollow stranger…

My voice shall stand aside,
and mark the beginning,
while fate lay wide,
the sweet lullaby singing….

Never be,
never see,
and an endless glee,
purest love and war,
all lost in my sleep….

The world seems a miracle,
through the eyes of a child,
a spur of humour is only a dream,
though the eyes of a child

Very fine thoughts. Wish we adults could retain this childlike attitude of awe & wonder at Nature’s miracles.

    Atiyo,
great lines. There seems to be a conversation swinging between your inner and outer self and the reader,
