Bottom of the heart ….!
There was a Indian boy from Delhi feeling deep love for a beautiful lass from Italy
Picking up courage he went to her gracefully & mentioned very emphatically
“I can not but remain from telling I really love you from the bottom of my heart, darling”
“Thank you but where is heart’s bottom from where you love me dear ?” smiled she heartily
“I want someone to love me from his heart & not from bottom any, you Indian smart & silly ….!”
Indians loving, always mostly love from bottom of their heart was possibly not so known in Italy

Very nice…enjoyed the read. She possibly didn’t understand what ‘bottom of heart’ meant. In my opinion, I guess ‘bottom’ implies ‘very much’ or ‘sincere’. Am I right? Correct me.
