English Poetry

Ah! What sort of exhilarating stories
heard I, from my grand mother
about ghost travellers, in plenty,
Used to wonder I,
with eyes wide open,
while hearing about the ghost traveller,
who flies from a village,
to the town, to the cities-
from the cities
to various countries
with invisible feet and wings.
Hoi! What a marvellous beauty and ecstasy!
Now, when I zoom
from the town to the cities
and from the cities to different countries
in visible flights,
across the sky,
grandma’s stories unfold
the mysteries in my head
impacting waves in my heart.

    Very beautiful. Commends
Liked the feel of the poem immensely
I also remembered the stunt movies then of Nadia & John Cawas like “Flying Rani” etc. who used to defeat & finish evil characters which I loved.
