Whenever there occur vacancies in any Department or Autonomous Body,
Recruitments are made by adopting well laid down lines of modus operandi !
Merit, seniority and reservation quota is earmarked on percentage basis,
Apropos of the official manual of procedure applicable mutatis mutandis !
Merit is considered by virtue and worth of meritorious academic career,
Whereas, seniority and reservation quota are exempt from such barrier !
Merit can be genuine, fabricated and/or strategically a bit manipulated,
While seniority and reservation quota remain quite strictly stipulated !
Ultimate decision-making aspect rests with the preset interlinked panel,
Who hold the invincible weapon of interview for mainly merit channel !
Candidates facing interview feel indisposed against ethereal inquisuition
Put forward by different members of the panel beyond anyone’s intuition !
Interview is also prone to mature employer’s intent to secure favouritism,
Under the fiscal or political pressure coupled with unforgivable nepotism !
