Have been writing poems since my school days. My views on life are traditional. The biggest irony is that the Indian students and children r skeptical about their fathers and forefathers and do not value their teachings much and are aping the West, while the foreigners are showing keen interest in knowing and learning Indian culture and the Indian way of life. I am a strong believer in the fact that the Heart beat is more constant than change.

Dreams

I see your dreams at night
I think your thoughts in day light
Oh that wonderful smile
When I recollect,
I cherish it within
Your talking style
And your power
To get the message across
Makes me your longing lover

How I dream in daylight
To hug you hard
And press you to my chest
And I shall listen
To all your chirpy talk
Filled with love and laughter
With great earnestness
For it fills me with bliss
And makes me content
And puts me at rest
To think your returning thoughts
And dream of you day and night

You weave my dreams
And you spin my dreams
With you my life has meaning
For you I live this life
That is nothing but a dream
You are the only one
Whom I shall say
That I have won
When you are ready
To be my bride
