Just please think
Ultimately it has to take time
Delivering them in hurry can be wrong
Going by fact we follow the law of the country
Entails everything to be tried in the courts elaborately
Material at hand to be presented, argued, heard very coolly
Ensuring that no any injustice is done in any way to any body
Nevertheless we definitely deliver them after some years you can see
Taking care to give the punished right to appeal for justice is our responsibility
Surprising that you say the system is useless & a great injustice to citizens & the country

Justice on earth – questionable.
One can get away on bail, no matter how big the crime.
But Justice in heaven – nobody can escape as per one’s Karma/Fate/Destiny.

When I was pondering on this word “JUDGMENT” and the feeling/meaning it invokes within to put these in the form of acrostic of the word, this got written as a satire on the unfortunate situation that exists and which unfortunately we have to and have been putting up with… injustice..
I feel, howsoever the culprits may be putting up a show outwardly, within their conscience they get punished severely in this life only and further severe punishment follows in after life. A sin can never escape punishment, whether the courts punish or not..
Judgements delivered although delayed are better served than no judgements.

I agree with you. But the judgments on important cases get delivered after 10 or 15 years wait that too with a proviso for appeal in higher court which again after years of trial delivers a judgment which often nullifies the previous judgment saying that the lower court did not apply proper mind in delivering their judgment & this judgment too has proviso of going in appeal to further higher court.
What is all this if not injustice.to people & the nation who want punishments to be given to culprits quickly, squarely, adequately & appropriately. The judgments which have provision for appeal if given after so many years have in my opinion no meaning.
