Produces & experienced as causing discomfort of various proportions
Always was referred as caused due to & as some hurting “physical” dis-function
Incidentally now is said to be mostly “mental” caused due various thwarted expectations
Nurturing holistic cool thinking effectively nulls it and avoids too your causing others to have it 🙂
