M E D I T A T E ….!
Mad rush has become today’s life
Everyone running helter- skelter is the sight
Difficult to understand why are we so madly running
If we stop to think they say it’s an uncalled for time wasting
Towards what purpose are we doing what we are doing & running?
And to what destination us all this seems to be leading is indeed scaring
To stabilize all this, bring ourselves to senses & make us in life rightly sail
Essential it is for us to definitely do this at least every morning & at bedtime without fail…..!

Govt elected by us, our leaders , our role models are teaching us to run after money, at any cost, no holds bar. ab kiski baat suney sir
