Train of thoughts

Tongue rolls and rolls
swallows spilling words;
Standing beside a flyover bridge
with a train of thoughts
letting the mind roam
recalling events in the eve
Hoped, perhaps in vain
for the rebirth of dear ones ;
for sharing experience and sheer joy
mutually benefitting in a joyous reunion .

Universally so and how apt that the imagery of the ubiquitous train should be used.
The moment our heart leaps and in that very moment we realize the absence of those with whom we we to share the joy.
