तेरा रूप क्या, मुसकान क्या, मेरा दिल तो यूं ही जले,
जाने कितने, मुझ जैसे, पले तेरी अंखियों तले ……….!
तेरी बातें मीठी मीठी, सुनने को ये दिल तरसे,
तेरी नजर को पाने इक पल, दिल बार बार मचले …!
तेरा रूप क्या, मुसकान क्या, मेरा दिल तो यूं ही जले,
जाने कितने, मुझ जैसे, पले तेरी अंखियों तले ……….!
तेरी चाल जो हिरनी जैसी, दिल देख बहक जाए,
प्यारी बलखाती जुल्फें, दिल छूने ललचाये ….!
तेरा रूप क्या, मुसकान क्या, मेरा दिल तो यूं ही जले,
जाने कितने, मुझ जैसे, पले तेरी अंखियों तले ……….!
जब पास मेरे आओगी, वो कैसा समा होगा,
जब नजर मिलाएगी तू, इस दिल का क्या होगा ….!

I remembered this very old composition (geet) of mine listening to a “new modern song” on the subject with different sensitivity & felt enthused to quickly sing this old composition with Harmonium accompaniment, record & post it to share. I do not recall having sung it on keyboard to record & share it, but would like to try in future. Thank you so much once again ….!
