Miseries untold
English Poetry, Uncategorized |
Rather suffocating
when none to talk to
when neighbours turn back
and friends do not communicate.
It’s gruesome thought
when one wishes
to be alone for some time, to get away
from the noise and bustle but denied.
A starving person knows
agonising pain and hunger
when food can’t be affordable
or deprived leaving the victim helpless.
It’s miserable as well
if food is forced into the mouth
of one who doesn’t have proper appetite
or not in a position to chew and swallow it.
What a frightening fate
to have more children
when one can not feed
educate and care for them!
Can’t talk lightly
when someone passes through
an irresistible desire to have
at least one kid as own to bind the soul.

Nice take on the subject to ponder
Liked very much ….!
commends ….!
In life, miseries of innumerable type we need to deal
Some are self created but for those in poverty what to do is a very disturbing feel….!
